Three Named to All-League Squad

5/23/17 - The Wildcat softball team had three players land a spot on the Northern Buckeye Conference all-league team as selected by the coaches.  Freshman Lizzy Cook and sophomore Katelynn Marshall each earned second team honors.  Cook was selected in the outfield.  She is hitting .330 this season with 25 runs scored and nine RBI.  She has one double and one triple to go along with seven stolen bases.  Marshall was selected at third base.  She is hitting .328 this season with eight doubles and three home runs.  She has scored 28 runs and driven in 23.  She also has seven stolen bases.  Freshman Sydni Buhrow has worked most of the innings this season and was an honorable mention selection at pitcher.  She has worked 127.2 innings with a 4.00 ERA.  She has struck out 87 batters while compiling an 8-11 record.  She has pitched in 24 games making 19 starts.
