Boys Varsity Golf Season Ends One Step From State

10/6/16 - The varsity golf team finished 11th in the Div. III district tournament played at Stone Ridge Golf Course in Bowling Green to see the season come to a close.  The top four teams earned a ticket to the state tournament next week.  Woodmore had a team total of 358, 12 shots behind the fourth team qualifier, Ottawa Hills.  Senior Austin Berkel was the low man for the Wildcats shooting an 81 to finish in a tie for 11th-place.  The top four individuals not on a qualifying team also earned a ticket to the state tournament.  The fourth qualifying individual shot a 78.  The rest of the Wildcats scores included: junior Mitchell Miller (88), junior Ian Cook (92), junior Conor Emch (97), and senior Mikey Blausey (98).
