Wildcats Post Home League Win

9/16/17 - The Woodmore girls soccer team earned a 7-0 win at home over Otsego in a Northern Buckeye Conference game.  Woodmore scored twice in the first 10 minutes of the game and five times in the first half on their way to the win.  Senior Clarissa Chavez got the scoring going netting a goal just 2:04 into the contest.  Sophomore Claire Rothert notched her first of two consecutive goals with 31:45 left in the first half.  Her second came with 14:36 left and freshman Greta Bauder scored a goal with 13:09 left to make it 4-0.  Junior Nora LaMunyon made it 5-0 with a score at 9:42 left then added a goal with 37:43 left in the second half to make it 6-0.  Chavez assisted on the second LaMunyon goal.  Then, sophomore Phoebe Jackson concluded the scoring with 1:05 left in the game.  Jackson had the only Wildcat save in the game in goal in the first half.  Freshman Olivia Heidebrink also played in goal.
