10/6/16 - The Wildcat varsity soccer team picked up an important Northern Buckeye Conference win while also avenging their only defeat of the season.  The Wildcat scored twice in the first 58 seconds of the game and built a 4-1 halftime edge.  Neither team scored in the second half.  Senior Camryn Bench and junior Carly Rothert scored the early Woodmore goals.  Bench's goal came just 36 seconds into the game and Rothert found the back of the next with just 58 seconds gone.  After Genoa scored, senior Lily Rothert scored with 24:56 left in the first half and junior Hayley Freund converted a penalty kick with 5:05 left to complete the scoring.  Lily Rothert and Freund each had assists.  Freshman Phoebe Jackson had six saves in goal as the Wildcats had 20 shots.
