8/22/17 - The Wildcat boys soccer team opened the season at home with a 4-3 loss to Oak Harbor.  Woodmore trailed at the half, 2-1, as sophomore Paul Koenig netted the lone Wildcat goal with 35:45 left in the half to tie the game at one at that point.  Woodmore would take the lead in the second half as senior Eli Rogers notted the score with a goal at 27:29 and junior Alec Garcia put the Wildcats in front with a tally with 15:42 left in the game.  But, Oak Harbor scored twice in a little over two minutes to tie and go in front.  The Oak Harbor goals came with 7:31 and 5:14 left in the game.  Garcia assisted on Rogers' goal, and junior Sam Barbee assisted on Garcia's goal.  Senior goalkeeper Kevin Paul made five saves.
