The varsity boys soccer team (7-4-3, 4-3-2 NBC) scored with 18 minutes left in the game to earn a 2-2 tie with Northern Buckeye Conference foe Lake at Wildcat Stadium. Woodmore freshman Alec Garcia opened the scoring in the first 10 minutes of the game with a goal off a pass from freshman Hayden Heidebrink. The first half ended with the Wildcats leading 1-0. Lake scored the next two goals to take a 2-1 edge before senior Trent Smith found the back of the net for the Wildcats to even the score, which is the way the game ended. Sophomore Kevin Paul had 10 saves in goal for Woodmore.
