Woodmore Hosting Otsego

1/26/17 - Varsity - In a game that was close the whole first half, the difference was a 15-8 advantage for Otsego in the third quarter that turned a 24-all game at halftime into a 39-31 contest heading into the fourth quarter.  Otsego then scored the first six points of the fourth quarter to take a 45-31 lead and put the game away, winning 52-41.  Woodmore (5-10, 3-6 NBC) led 9-6 after the first quarter before the two teams were tied at halftime.  The closest Woodmore got in the final quarter was nine points at 47-38 with 1:33 left.  Senior Mikey Blausey led the way for the Wildcats with 14 points, 11 in the first half, while junior Mitchell Miller added 12 points.  Junior Varsity - The Wildcats broke out to a 22-4 lead after one quarter and went on to post a 50-36 win.  Sophomore Taityn Rollins led Woodmore with 14 points while sophomore Drew Burner scored 12 points.  Nine Woodmore players scored in the game.  Freshman - Woodmore fell behind 10-2 after one quarter and 25-9 at halftime and made a little run in the second half but suffered a 43-31 loss.  Woodmore won the second half, 22-18, but it wasn't enough to pull out the win.  Paul Koenig led the Wildcats with 11 points while Andrew Barringer added 10 points.
