The Wildcats outhit the Royals in the Northern Buckeye Conference game played at Carter Park in Bowling Green, but six errors proved to the difference as Elmwood scored six unearned runs.  Woodmore scored in five different innings, but it was not enough.  In the first inning, with two outs, senior Mitchell Miler singled and senior Donovan Reyes brought Miller home with a double.  In the third inning, Miller singled and stole second before Reyes drove him home with a single.  In the fifth inning, Miller singled, Reyes singled, junior Taityn Rollins doubled in Miller, and senior Kevin Paul drove in the second run with a sacrifice fly.  In the sixth, senior Ian Cook walked, went to second on a ground out, and scored on a Miller single.  In the seventh inning, with the bases loaded and one out, the Wildcats scored on a fielder's choice that left the bases still loaded with one out.  But the next two batters were retired on a strike out and a groundout.  Woodmore stranded 10 runners in the game.  Miller was 4-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI while Reyes was 3-for-4 with 2 RBI and a run scored.  Paul was 2-for-2 with an RBI.  Reyes started on the mound and went 5.2 innings allowing nine hits and 10 runs, only four were earned, with eight strikeouts and one walk.  Senior Owen Conner pitched one-third of an inning and Rollins tossed the final frame.
